The School of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry, Walailak University, in collaboration with the Food Technology and Innovation Center of Excellence, Walailak University, successfully hosted the webinar ‘Green and Blue Innovation for a Healthier Future’ as part of WRC 2025. Experts from India, Bangladesh, and China shared insights on waste valorization, microplastics in seafood, and advanced processing for shellfish quality. The webinar attracted 47 participants, including undergraduate and graduate students, academics, and industry professionals from Thailand, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Ghana, and Tanzania. This event fostered knowledge exchange, networking, and future research collaborations.
