Dr. Sumethee Songsamer is currently a full-time lecturer. Food Science and Innovation Course School of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry Walailak University and a member of the Center of Excellence for Essential Oil Innovation There are ongoing research results from thesis and new research results of high quality in essential oil innovation.
High-quality alumni from Food Science and Technology, PhD student, Kanchanapisek Doctoral Program Scholarship, Class 16 with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Narumon as his advisor. The thesis topic is the development of fungal resistance packaging in brown rice using essential oils from the annual plant. The results of such research have been published in 5 international journals of ISI and for their outstanding thesis work has received 3 national awards.
