School of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry Congratulations to Dr. Weerapong Vorapayotch, alumni of the 8th generation of the Food Science and Innovation Program. The work entitled “eLysozyme – Antimicrobial agent from hen egg white protein for food industry and animal farming” won the National Research Award: Invention Award Fiscal Year 2022, very good level from the National Research Office.
