The Center of Excellence presented innovations on food safety, food preservation, preservation of plant fibers and food packaging that is used to slow down the ripening of fruits and vegetables. The research on brown rice and healthy brown rice products was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Narumol Matan, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sumethee Songsamoe, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanong Aewsiri, joined the lecture to cooperate in furthering innovations to users.
