Assistant Professor Dr. Tanong Eiawsiri, from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry Technology, along with the team from the Academic Service Center of Walailak University, presented progress and outcomes of the Kimchi Product Development, Packaging, and Marketing Project. This project received funding support from the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) in the 2023 fiscal year. The presentation took place on July 14, 2023, at the Coordination and Development Center for the Pa Nak Phang Watershed Area, initiated by the Royal Initiative.

Representatives from the OHEC and the Coordination and Development Center for the Pa Nak Phang Watershed Area, under the Royal Initiative, attended the presentation. They provided valuable feedback, comments, and additional information to support the project’s objectives. The project aims to apply research findings for the economic benefit of the community and to enhance food security in households within the Pa Nak Phang Watershed Area.
