The research of Selection DNA Marker of Tiger prawn Breeder against White Spot Disease (WSD). The development of a DNA marker from the anti-lipopolysaccharide factor gene of Tiger prawn that was found relevant SNP (single-nucleotide polymorphism) with WSD. So, we develop the different methods of gene detection by tetra primer ARMSPCR.
