Aim to produce graduates with knowledge and skills in food science and innovation, have skills in operation, solving problems, in designing their own businesses and developing themselves

Bachelor of Science Program Food Science and Innovation Is a curriculum that produces graduates to be an important force in the development and competitiveness of the country’s food industry, as well as responding to the framework of the 15-year long-term higher education plan No. 2 (2008-2022), 20-year national strategy (2017-2036), National Economic and Social Development Plan No. 12 (Wed. Fri, 2017-2021), Policy Thailand 4.0 Strategic Plan for Southern Province, and the strategic plan of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. It also focuses on producing graduates who can bring knowledge and professional practice skills to operate as entrepreneurs with high potential in food design and production Which will help promote a continued and sustainable economic growth of the country
Desirable Characteristics of the Course
1) Have both theoretical knowledge and comprehensive food science practice, from factory system to design Production, planning production, quality control and assurance, product research development, treatment and application of waste from agricultural and factory sectors to be useful, business and marketing design, cooking with food science knowledge.
2) Having good morals and ethics, having a public mind and having responsibility for themselves and society according to professional ethics.
3) Have intellectual skills in systematic analysis, be creative and solve problems creatively.
4) Have responsibility for the work assigned, have the skills to communicate and be able to work with others.
5) Have skills in using the language for communication, use of information technology, and numerical analysis to support and develop work
